During the past 2-3 years we encountered many customers who came to the shop, tried our pour over coffee and fell in love with it. When they have questions about pour over coffees in general, it can be tricky to answer especially when the shop is busy.

So we decided to introduce this one hour beginners brewing class, which will be taught in person at the cafe. During that time you can also ask any questions related to brewing.

The class will include a bag of coffee beans for you to use and bring home.

*Due to high demand there will be a non refundable $20 class fee to discourage last minute cancelations and cover basic costs. We want to make this accessible and our goal is to teach you how to properly brew a pour over, one person at a time.

We will cover basic foundation topics like the importance of brewing water, temperature, grind size, pouring techniques, recipe dialing in etc.
